Data needed to serve the site
Cloudflare serves the site and processes connection data such as IP address, requests and browser technical information for delivery, security and diagnostics. The service records errors and provider failures. Do not include sensitive information in URLs or correction messages.
Optional location
We request location only when you choose that feature and your browser asks permission. Coordinates reach the server to identify your municipality and request weather; they are rounded to three decimal places before being sent to NWS, Apple Weather and Tomorrow.io when available. The view keeps location temporarily in tab memory, not in the URL or saved brief. You can select a municipality manually and revoke browser permission.
Information on your device
Kit progress, safety mode and saved briefs use local storage; the service also caches resources for offline use. Clear site data in your browser to remove them, including progress and offline copies. The water calculator processes its values on the page and does not send them to the server.
Optional email and notifications
Email subscriptions process first and last name, email, municipality, language and a consent record to confirm subscriptions and send notices. Resend processes email delivery and Cloudflare Turnstile checks automated requests. The unsubscribe link stops messages. Web notifications use a subscription endpoint and delivery keys with your municipality and language. Turn them off in the site or revoke browser permission.
Automated explanations
When you request an explanation, the selected municipality, language and weather-source evidence are sent to OpenAI. This feature does not request your name, email or precise coordinates. Responses may be saved to reuse explanations and can contain errors.
Advertising and retailers
AdSense is disabled during review. When enabled, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on visits to this and other sites. Google and its partners may personalize ads through those cookies. Adjust personalization in Google My Ad Center or use vendor choices in YourAdChoices. Consent configuration must be completed before ads are enabled. Commercial links leave this site: the retailer applies its own privacy practices and may receive an affiliate identifier.
Retention and requests
Subscription data is retained to administer service and cancellations; unsubscribing does not erase all records. Technical data and copies may remain according to provider configurations. To request access, correction or deletion, email jampi@culturecreate.co from the relevant address and identify the feature used. Do not send passwords or identity documents. This notice will be updated when features or providers change.
